Fullscreen & dark theater

• F11: fullscreen; Esc to exit.
• While fullscreen, D toggles dark theater: the controls hide and the surround dims so nothing competes with the picture. Press D again to restore.

Press F11 to enter fullscreen mode

When in F11 mode press D hide UI

All transport keys, including the JKL shuttle, work in fullscreen.
